I was deliberating.....
.....on whether or not to delete this photo from my album when I ran across Ashley Sisk's shoot and edit weekly challenge. The prompt this week is "winter"....and while mine is not an outside winter shot, it is only because it's too cold to linger outdoors to get a real winter shot!
Here is my before editing ~ do you see why I wanted to delete it? Doesn't appear to have much hope which gave me the freedom to make it or break it! To my delight, making it was easy.....
I like the sepia tone, but that look often comes out too bland, so I started with color burn blend at 100%, then multiply blend at 100% to take out some of the extremeness that color burn often gives, did a few levels adjustments....and voila! I'm ready to print and frame my mini oil lamps!
