Agapanthus: Lily of the Nile was layered with Blur 3 - available as a free texture - for light and dark color variations to alleviate the mundane-ness of this not so wonderful picture.
Applied vivid light blend at 70% opacity
Surface blur filter with 166 threshold
Saturation blend @ 70% opacity duplicated X 3 to get the crystal blue florets
